Great News!
I wanted to say two things. The first is that about 5,000 people with priority dates in 2021 are waiting for their Green Cards through adjustment of status. If the consular number is the same or lower, maybe everyone from 2021 can get their Green Cards in the next fiscal year! The other thing is that it has been very difficult for me to find a sponsor for portability, but I will keep trying.

latest status of duplicate noticed mailed
has anyone been in a similar case?
my lawyer and I are both supposed to receive copies of uscis communication. I received the RFIE notice on January 2024 but my lawyer didn’t. in order to respond to the rfie, I mailed my noticed to
the lawyer and we submitted the additional birth certificate along with my copy of the rfie notice. USCIS confirmed receipt. After we submitted the response, lawyer requested a duplicate notice and now that’s the latest status on my case. does the USCIS agent take into account that latest status? as in they won’t look at my case because they think they haven’t received the response yet?

Tier 2 agent Call backs
Hello!
I’m looking for some insight on Tier 2 agent call backs for expedited request. I woke up to a missed call from USCIS at 7:30 AM today. it’s been 17 days since my initial request for expedited processing and I was told that I would get a call from a tier 2 agent. Also I did not get any email or text notification in advance about an upcoming call like their initial email indicated. so I wasn’t expecting any calls today especially because it’s a holiday weekend. Anyways they haven’t called back even though their policy says they try to call you twice in a 2 hour timeframe thesame day. I also did not get any voicemail. Just thesame automated emails stating
“Thank you for contacting us. An immigration officer will call or email you to answer your question(s), or schedule an appointment for you, if that is needed. You will receive a text message and/or email one to two business days before we contact you”
Does anyone have any recent experience on this Tier 2 call backs? and when do you get your second call? any insight is appreciated!

I have a question to see your experience, on June 28 I received my first email that my I-485 that they had taken action on my case but nothing happened, today I received a second email that but in relation to my case of The I-130 saying that they had taken action on my case when it came in doesn't say anything... what could this be, has this happened to you?
