Imagine how slow they are to process and asked us to redo medicals, which is expensive might I add. 🙄 Said we are pass the 2 year mark for medicals which was up February 2024. The new policy says medicals have no expiration, so why not just accept ours considering it's not our fault and it's your backlog issues that made you 6 months over.
Never would imagine being a nurse would take this long. But thanking God we are done.

Hi everyone. I received an email from the nvc telling me that my case is in transit to the embassy on Jul 2 so anyone has experience this can help me
1. How long do i have to wait until my case ready and receive the welcome letter? Usually how long until the interview after submitting everything?
2. Does that mean NVC approved my paperwork?
3. For the affidavit support, my fiancé’s 2021-2022 income is enough but 2023 is below the minimum annual income. Anyone has experience that? Any idea can help?
