New Birth Cert Submitted
Good morning,
Please I submitted a copy of my birth cert when filling for my i-485. I received RFE for USCIS requesting for a copy of my birth cert. I can't find the original copy of the one I sent earlier so I requested one from from my country Ghana, but the the signature of it has changed because they have changed the registrar. If I submit a copy of the new birth cert received from my country is this going to affect my i-485 process?

@Mr. Green congratulations fellow Ghanaian, please did you apply for your greencard yourself or you paid an attorney to do it for you? if any attorney did, kindly recommend their website or number.

An attorney did it for me but I won't recommend them. They were sending me some unnecessary charges and they are expensive. I would recommend you find another attorney.
