congratulations Ekwes. I have a question pls: can someone file EB2-NIW while he has other petition pending, for example, I have vawa currently pending but thinking of filing EB2-NIW.

Thank you. I think you would have to choose one. if one fails, then you could submit another one via another category but not the two simultaneously.

@Burr Charles you can run both vawa with EB2-NIW, once u get green from one, you can withdraw the second one

if you're out of status, you may have to leave the country to obtain your eb2 NIW green card. @Burr Charles
