EB3 approved while not current after CRP
my case changed to NCIBP a couple of days ago although I'm not current. I was on CRP before.
On top of that, my dependents are still pending (CRP) but I was on H1B and if I'm approved and they're not, they lose their H4 status.
we were all on CRP since much earlier this year. No interview / RFEs.
Anyone in a similar situation?

my PD is early Sep 22. I wasn't current when they approved me. and I was on CRP for a good few months.
I'm feeling this may become more for a headache than a celebration tbh. The green card approved in error seems to be a big problem from what I read. I wonder if anyone has advice for me.

just asked because many people they just approved but they still waiting for card ..i have seen on this app few peoples they had interview but they didn’t get card yet that’s why only i asked..Thank you
