Hello, can you please help me by telling me how long it takes for an RFE to arrive? Can it be later than the date mentioned in the app?

around 2 weeks, but your lawyer can contact the USCIS to send the copy thru a fax

2 weeks in my case. if you don’t get it, call them and ask for email
copy. they will send it. their timeline to receive the rfe notice is 7 business days.

I didn’t receive for a month and asked for a live agent through ask Emma. You should ask live agent and they will email you a copy of your rfe letter right away.
