Combo interview passed but cases stuck.
combo interview on July 23 and officer told me I passed both cases. I 751 was transferred to NBC on August 6, N400 still stuck in interview scheduled. Anybody know why i 751 was transferred?

RFE cancellation notice - i-693 for minor
hi, I received a cancellation notice for RFE (received RFE earlier to submit i-693) for my kid who is minor, whereas RFE request for me and my spouse is still active. why would USCIS cancel it? should I still send i-693 folder of my kid to USCIS in respect to first RFE?

I485 employment based transferred from NBC to Cincinnati Field Office
Hello, I have an i485 pending filed in May 2024 based on an approved self-petitioned i140 under eb1a category. I came to know from live agents via Emma that my case was transferred to Cincinnati FO on July 5th and was last reviewed on July 17th. I see no updates to case status online. It shows that biometrics were applied. I submitted medical 693 forms along with i485 application. I live in Kansas and quite far from Cincinnati! What does the above info mean? Can I expect GC or an rfe (hopefully not) very soon ie in the next month? Thank you. #i485
interview completed - case must the reviewed
I had my EB2-NIW interview today at the San Diego office. I’ve been current since March 2024 (ROW).
the interview went well and the officer was friendly.
1. There were some questions about my research assistantship/scholarship during my PhD. The officer was confused as to why I was getting paid during my PhD as a student. I explained that I was getting paid because of my PhD scholarship and that I was working as a graduate assistant reaearcher in the lab as part of my research. She said this should be fine, but she needs to just confirm this with her supervisor.
2. at the end she mentioned that my case looks good, but she can’t approve me right now because my I-140 files (approved) are still at the national benefits center becuase of some sort of mix up on their end. she said she will request them to send the files to her so that she can consolidate them which should take anywhere from 30 to 90 days.
Is there anyone else here with a similar situation where some of ther documents were not forwarded to their field office?
