Inquiry Regarding Status of Pending Form I-130 Petition for My Husband"

Hi everyone, I have a pending Form I-130 petition for my husband, with a priority date of August 17, 2023. It has been almost a year since the second notice, and I haven’t received any updates or approval. I’m considering submitting an inquiry to USCIS about the status of my petition. Has anyone experienced a similar situation or had success in getting an update after such a long wait? Any advice on the best way to proceed would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Upgraded Petition

Helo everyone. My husband filed for me while he was still LPR last July 2023. My I-130 was approved October 2023 and husband naturalizes November 2023. We sent the naturalization certificate copy to USCIS and requested for my petition to be upgraded from green card holder spouse to US citizen spouse immediately. We haven’t heard from them since then. How will I know my petition was upgraded? Anyone here had same experience? Thank you!

What happens to earlier EB2-NIW approval; if I port to EB1 and get denied ?

Since EB2-NIW priority date is going slowly, what happens if I port it to EB-1 ? How do I do and how long it takes ? Any experience would be appreciated

I finally decided to do mandamus for my 485 delay. As you know guys lawyers just think about money. I applied for to put inquiries through the congressman and Senator none of them were successful, nothing came back from uscis. 6 months passed even Uscis didn’t ask me to renew my medical. Now is time to sue Uscis. is there anyone here can help me by giving me some advice where can i start , what do i need to submit by my request. Attorney request 4k for that . I am sorry dear attorney I can’t pay this much money. please help me if you know about mandamus. thanks

Combo interview passed but cases stuck.

combo interview on July 23 and officer told me I passed both cases. I 751 was transferred to NBC on August 6, N400 still stuck in interview scheduled. Anybody know why i 751 was transferred?
