contacting live agents..they just tell me to look at the processing times. Any one had luck?
Hi, I tried asking about my 130,765,and 485.
Got disconnected twice but they both said to look on the USCIS site. The third said the same but was more helpful. I want to know if I have been transferred to a field office. Has anyone else been successful with asking live agents?

ask the specific question “what is the location of my 485” and one of these you-know-whats will tell you the service center or field office.
I’ve asked them that multiple times and they always tell me no problem.

@w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 Thank you. I asked them the status. I will try asking them the location. I said to my husband that people who have gone through all of this should work for USCIS. We become experts.

it’s not true they don’t know when an adjudicating officer will touch ur case .😂 mine was the same but I got approve , on my 2-3 months for my green card . live agent said one year it will take . forget n focus

just go straight to the point, “is there any progress on my case ? it’s been out of processing time” The agent told me the last date an officer held my file but cannot tell you beyond that😒
