don’t wait put it for a renewal of work permit before it expires. I did mine 8 months before it expires.

@Mrs Karpu Don’t worry! I believe you have 540 days or 180 days automatic extension from the expiry date. They will for sure issue you before that term ends. Check your current EAD receipt notice which you received earlier and see if it’s 540 or 180 days auto extension.

@bless Emma I can imagine the feeling,that year I found out I had cancer and filed papers 2023 Jan and been suffering to get proper care because of insurance purposes because im not yet green card holder or citizen which makes it hard for me to get the treatment I need .I wish that that they approve me so I can get the help I need...but I'm still here waiting and frustrated .May God help us
