so we got rfe back in Aug 2023 which changed to they received back in November and yesterday I got email saying have taken action on case then it changed too rfe canceled has anyone gotten this before ? if so what happens next ?
I’m hoping it’s good since there looking into our case 🤞🏻

they approved 130 on Friday but it just changed today to approved on the actual status

For those who have gone through this process, could you share what steps you took, what you included in your request, and what you said in the email?
I’m in a particularly difficult situation right now. I have a 5-month-old child with someone else, not my abuser, but I was also facing abuse from my child’s father. I’ve managed to escape that situation, but I feel like I need to go somewhere else for a while to catch my breath. I have a good job, but the emotional toll of everything has left me feeling overwhelmed and depressed. I really need to see my family and friends overseas to help me regain some strength.
Any guidance you can provide would mean the world to me. Thank you so much in advance for your support.

A LPR petitioned for his son way back in 2022. The son has been scheduled for interview at the embassy against next month. the LPR has been out of the country for over a year continuously.
