Hi @Ale M so sorry to hear about your friend I765 denial. What was the reason for the denial though if you don't mind sharing. As for one of my case. 1765 was recieved by USCIS on July 21, 2024 (about 117 days) Arizona Status still at Recieved

@Ale M I mailed my I-485 and I-765 to Texas lockbox on the 30th of September, till now my credit card has not been charged neither have I received receipt notice. It is really worrisome... anyone with similar experience should kindly share.

@Fessy Adex we are in the same bolt. packaged mailed to Dallas lockbox Texas. I used money order and it has not been cashed. I believe until the money is charged that we can expect the receipt notice.

I still haven’t received any update. This is devastating. USCIS clearly is in need of more workforce and a clear workflow to follow a strict and yet accurate timeline.

@Ale M unfortunately, I have not received any update, I'm yet to be debited, and nothing to show that they want to reject the application. I'm in a fix, not sure whether to re-file it or just keep waiting. People that filed in the same Dallax lockbox much after I did got receipt notice already.

@Ale M , @Fessy Adex i haven't been debited too and no update too. @Fessy Adex you don't need to panic or considering refilling. you are not alone. Hopefully we will get the receipt notice soon

@Ale M you are not alone. I chatted with a live agent to inquire about not getting a receipt notice yet for almost a month. I was asked to email "lockboxsuport@uscis.dhs.gov" to request status of my recipes notice. The email should include Full Name, Forms No's, Date of birth, Address, Phone No, A-number. You and @Fessy Adex can also email them and hopefully we will get a positive response

@Mukhtar Mukhtar thank you for following up. I am basically desperate. No sign of mail. I’m worried that they may have mailed it but it is lost and I may miss the biometric. all sort of thoughts are coming out of my head. I constantly pray for everything to go well.

@Ale M, I can understand. from what I understand, No receipt notice will be mailed until you have been debited. you need to be debited first before been worried about been mailed and missing I. transit. as for me, I check the status of the money order, and it has not been charged. it's really worrisome but again, I can only hope and pray for the best without any complications. you are in my thought

@Fessy Adex i emailed the lockbox, the no reply email says they will respond with 30 days. there is no phone number to call lockbox directly. It is frustrating but again, keep hoping for the best. not debited yet

@Fessy Adex I tried many many times to call USCIS and go past the robot but I couldn’t do it. The lockbox email was also unsuccessful. Please pray for me. I will pray for everyone who is suffering with this mess

@Mukhtar M Yes I used money order but from bank 5th3rd. I thought there is no way to know. Because at the bank they told me once they give me the money order, the money is gone.

@Ale M, But you can find out if the money order has been cashed or not. there is a way to track it. if you have the reciept try checking to know if it has been cashed or not. you can go to your bank to know this status too I guess

@Ale M glad to hear you have recieved your paper copy as well. 1. this days, How long it take for biometric varies. Just like the case of our reciept notice, some got theirs in 2 weeks after submission, some us got it aafter about 5 weeks. I have seen people who also submitted in October and have had biometric done. So it's hard to tell. we just hope it will be sooner for us all. 2. I have no idea. let's keep each other updated. Hi @Ale M I'm still awaiting my biometric appointment as well, it may be difficult to tell precisely when the appointment letter would come, but the resent trends that's I've seen is that people receive it within 2 weeks of receiving the receipt notice. As regards, I-485 interview, based on my knowledge, not everyone get interviewed, in fact it is mostly waived.
