your case is outside of normal processing times, call uscis and have them raise a SR for you. processing times are now 17 months

#dpeao dapi thanks.i call USCIS almost 4month ago in starting of july and they put inquiry and some days after come letter in my home.they said they give a response between 90days.but I didn’t receive any response.plz give me a suggestion what can me do now.thanks again

@a singh call tomorrow and get connected to an agent, tell them that your case is outside of processing times as it has been pending for more than 17months and the national benefits center processing times on the uscis page states that it takes 17 months to complete the applications. then have them raise a service request for case being out of normal processing times. If the first agent doesn’t want to help hang up then call again until you get one that wants to do it.

I don't think there are officers assigned to the Queens Field Office in general in the New York office because I saw many people with their cases pending at the New York Field Office. Mine is also at the Queens Field Office and has been pending for 502 days.

we have the exact same filling date April 27, 2023 and mine also got transferred to queens field office on August 4th. no news till now. it is probably the slowest field office.

my case was transferred to Sacramento field office, still waiting
