Is it safe
for someone whose asylum got denied and filed for appeal to apply for advance parole or travel documents to travel out of usa to Canada or Europe not home country , will they have access back to usa on return ??? or is best to just wait till appeal is over ? any one know how long does asylum appeal takes to get decision ?

my/dependent I485 case is moved to Los Angeles (non local) on Aug20 and awaiting for more progress.
does any one had been approved with LA field office? any timeline which we can expect from LA field office?

we are currently waiting on Juarez visa appointment over 3 yrs since it’s a long wait list.
new law was approved and now I guess a judge in Texas put a halt on it, so sad.
hubby has been here over 10yrs , we’ve paid taxes all those years, married n kids. so sad to see stuff like this on halt tbh.

The Homeland Security Department’s citizenship agency has put out a call for volunteers to help process applications for a fraud-plagued program that allows unauthorized migrants from some Latin American nations to skip the border and fly directly into the U.S.
The program has welcomed more than a half-million migrants who lack legal visas to enter the U.S. It was abruptly paused several weeks ago after an internal review found massive fraud, but the call for volunteers suggests U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services is looking for a quick restart.
