When should I start working for my sponsor (EB3-Skilled)? Can I start working after I get my green card, or should I start right after filing the I-140, or perhaps after the I-140 is approved? I’m in the U.S. and already have an EAD.

Please share your thoughts and current status if your PD IS FROM or around September, October or November 2020. My update: Responded to I-485 medical RFE and it was received by USCIS ON SEPTEMBER 10th (According to FedEx tracking). However I have not seen any update on my app yet . Don’t know why it’s taking that long!!! please share your thoughts.
