sent October 18 received 21 October received text 24th with case number October 26 case active review November 2nd I received all receipts

M D I filed the 26th of October and I just got a rejection letter from uscis today. unfortunately my lawyer probably missed a document

hopefully the can send all the paper back asap

@Luis Gomez I got two RFA when I was applying for 2y GC, the lawyer made a huge mistake..don't get it..

@M D how was the process of doing it yourself?. I was thinking to do myself as well to avoid this situation. the letter just said messing documents but they don’t really specify what documents smh. good luck!!!.

@Luis Gomez hmm. but the lawyer will figure it out. it wasn't hard. the form was easy and we don't have much together. so I just submitted 2y of lease agreement, rental insurance, car insurance, taxes and copie of our marriage certificate, SSN, GC and 2 photos. that's it ...so I'll see🤷

Not to alarm you or cause concern but I've read many people complaining about how lawyers miss a document or input some incorrect information in the application. There are a lot of YouTube videos out there sharing how to self submit these applications. I would double check the lawyers work before they submit to ensure accurate information and documents are submitted to avoid RFE or rejections or delays.

@M D I think you sent pretty good evidence!. @Eddy i751 finally got taken cared of and I got a receipt notification today 🙏. finally accepted my case. honestly I should of just done it my self and save the money I payed the lawyer smh

I sent it 11/1. I haven't received anything,yet..or saying they've have received it🤷

@M D I didn’t get a RFE. I got a rejection letter due to messing documents. just send back and I already got a acceptance notice 🙏 Don’t worry you should be getting something soon.
