Congratulations, but to be honest with you, you were so stupid to wait that long without applying any pressure on USCIS. You could have been eligible or sometime next year to becoming a US citizen had they done their job as required. Honestly, I get pissed off when USCIS holds people hostage for years (in this case 4 years) for no reason. Anyway, Big Congrats and you should get your card in the mail in no time, but please do NOT waste your time to call USCIS Customer service agents re: your card production. You’ll get it soon; they can’t really see all the détails because you filed a lawsuit against the agency; so, only their legal department or the US attorney of your juridiction who can directly communicante with you for more information if you filed pro see or through your legal counsel in the event you were represented in the Litigation. Finally, take the time to carefully review the card when you receive it to make sure your names are entered correctly in the system prior to any trips outside of the United States. If not, please get back to them ASAP for potential corrections, if any. Now celebrate and have fun !!!!

Immigration can’t just sit on people’s lives as if they are the all mighty. congratulations to you Harjinder. i want everyone to know that they have rights and if they don’t decide on your case within 1 year, one should go ahead and sue them so they can get their act together. the wait period for an immigration case is 180 days. anything beyond that is unacceptable. wake up my fellow immigrants!!!!!!!

yes I sued their ass and they produced in less than 60 days. Ruqayah is right about putting pressure on USCIS, especially by calling them out on their BS or foot-dragging tactics.
