corporate office is not needed to sign the i485 supplement j, your immediate supervisor at the job can sign it without any issues. Before starting the job just get it filled and keep it with you, send to USCIS if only they issue RFE.

@Tibi Ala do not bring it up during interview, after you start... just talk to your supervisor you actually have your green card pending and since you switched job... you have to inform USCIS and just need them to help you sign docs you want to send Do not make a big deal out of it... that's the key

Since the lawyer threatened to withdraw the i140 so I am starting to find something close to home and start working. not going to relocate to another state for an unskilled job
