My occupation is poultry cutter and trimmer. I am thinking to port and apply for Costco or Samclub Meat cutter position. Do anyone know if these big names will sign for 485J?

corporate office is not needed to sign the i485 supplement j, your immediate supervisor at the job can sign it without any issues. Before starting the job just get it filled and keep it with you, send to USCIS if only they issue RFE.

ahhh that helps me feel better. I am thinking to not bringing it up during the interview or anything but will ask for the signature on the first or second week of working @B_N 1998 thank you for your input!

what Poultry company you are wroking with right now?

@Tibi Ala do not bring it up during interview, after you start... just talk to your supervisor you actually have your green card pending and since you switched job... you have to inform USCIS and just need them to help you sign docs you want to send
Do not make a big deal out of it... that's the key

@USCIS IS A MESS that’s the plan for me as well. thank you for confirming me on this
@Danish Joseph I am not working for unskilled job right now. I am at a skilled job at this moment. Since the lawyer threatened to withdraw the i140 so I am starting to find something close to home and start working. not going to relocate to another state for an unskilled job

@USCIS IS A MESS I have read your previous post where you said not to submit i485 J immediately after changing enployer but to bring either during interview or if rfe comes up. now you are saying to not bring during interview and to inform USCIS. Could you plz explain it?
