Detailed timeline shared. My case was transferred from NBC to non-local FO on July 26th. My husband’s case got approved as well, within minutes after my approval.

withdraw asylum
Is there anybody that did withdraw their asylum in person at Arlington Asylum Office? Now I have a pending VAWA and I have a pending asylum. So I have a reason to believe that I don't have threat in my country. So I want to withdraw my asylum. I have some of my friend, he told me that you can walk into the Arlington Asylum Office on Thursdays 8am to 10am and you can withdraw your asylum in person there. I just wanted to know if there are anybody in the group that did this and will this affect me in any way for my pending VAWA or will they put me in removal proceedings after I withdraw? Please, anybody there?

Can someone please tell me if I can travel -
1) If I have sumbmitted my i-140 but the priority date is not current
2) If I filed for I-140 and I-485 concurrently and prioirity date is current

Transfered to a new jurisdiction
Hi everyone! Although my status doesn’t update here on the app, I received an update today, I haven’t heard anything since receiving it. In other words, after 9 months without any news, my case was transferred to another jurisdiction and they said they will soon inform the reason for the transfer. Can anyone tell me what might happen next? Thank you

hello guys I need your experience
I started my case in Pennsylvania, my vawa was already approved on March , since my case hasn’t be changed , my lawyers recommended me to send 693 to have any updated my case . I relocated me to Las Vegas, but I haven’t updated the address because I don’t want more delays in my case , I dont know if I need to go to Pennsylvania to do the medical or could do here in Vegas ( all my case has the lawyer address, I never have received anything in my address)

work permission category issues
hi. I just noticed that my attorney put category c31 on my work permission application. does it mean I will be waiting until vawa is approved? what can I do to expedite it? he doesn't answer on my emails and I am really stressed. I can't really afford to live another two or three years without job and a car. I am single mom and we don't have any family to help us.
