is a new job offer or a side hustle job offer a reason to get EAD expedited given I am on H1B with an employer and a job?
I-140 PD July 2023 EB2 NIW
I-485 and I-765 (EAD) was received on Oct 8 2024 , they applied my old biomechanics towards my I-765 on Oct 17th.
