hey guys, does anyone know what is the paperwork needed for expediting the case based on serious financial loss? I contacted Emma and chatted with live agent and I really had this feeling that I was chatting with a robot 😡she didn’t tell me anything that I needed, just some random basic facts that I already know and see for myself on their website. #help
