I reached out to my congressman and asked if they can intercede on my behalf for an expedite on my case due to health issues and no health insurance but Vermont denied it. 😔
I need 3 biopsies, head tumor, a textured face milanoma and fingernails that are detaching from nail bed and falling off. I applied for Medicaid but they as well denied me.

No news after transfer to non-local field office after 4 weeks. Why is it taking long?
Hi everyone,
My case was I-1485 has been transferred to Fort Smith, AR field office (non-local). it’s been 4 weeks and I have not heard back anything. Most cases transferred to this filed office have been approved (some of which were transferred after me). I am getting worried and would appreciate any insights why it maybe taking longer.
