Guys, I just received a notification saying that immigration would use my old biometric and photos in the process. I already have a work permit. Has anyone experienced this? Would this be good news? Normally after how long after the biometrics are done they approve the Vawa?? I recently made an expedite request and still haven't had a response. Thanks.

My freedom has finally been granted to me!! God never failed me once in the journey regardless of how tough it was to reach the end. News flash, I’m the daughter of the woman who’s story I’ve shared on here. I was sharing my mom’s story and connecting with a few of you on here because I finally found other people that could relate to the struggles that immigrants go through trying to get their freedom. I am a U.S citizen but my mom was illegal for 25 years, so practically my whole life because I just turned 24 on 08/23. Although I was a citizen it felt like I too was in bondage because my sole provider was tied down all of my life. if I went into our story we would be here all day lol. If I ever connected with you, I want to say thank you for your kindness and encouraging words. my mom and I are grateful to have gotten so much encouragement from you all that could relate to what we’re going through.
To those still fighting, keep fighting the good fight. Your tears will soon be wiped away and turned into joy, peace, happiness, and all things good. I promise you Jesus sees you and hears your cries. He will never leave nor forsake you. I’m full of joy and gratitude. My second question is,
I can’t find my GC around my house i believe due to relocation, and i will be filling for my N-400 in September next month. Do i need to file for the missing GC that i will have to pay for whiles i will be submitting my N-400 with another fees too. Because i will be turning in the GC when the time is up for the N-400 interview and i get approved.
Please can anyone provide some insight?

I surprised I thought my case in Missouri (MSC)
but I didn't see any update when I check my online status
I think they moved to Sacramento and I also living in Los Angeles I applied from la
is that good that they move my case to Sacramento ??

Reckless driving
Hello VAWA family,I have submitted my Vawa application on October 4th 2021 but I got charged on 07/06/2024 with reckless driving for: SPEEDING ,RACING and IMPROPER LANE CHARGES I pleaded guilty but nobody got hurt or nothing so the judge reduced the charge to just reckless driving withholding.Is USCIS going to deny my Vawa application and GC application because of that? I need help because I can’t sleep at night because of that. That really concerns me.
