Waiting for Oath ceremony
Hello everyone, I completed my citizenship interview on October 29th at Newark field office. The officer was very friendly, and I successfully answered all six questions, along with the reading and writing portion. At the end, he asked a few yes or no questions. I also requested a name change during the application process, and the officer confirmed it. He mentioned that I would receive an update soon. Does anyone know how to check the federal court schedule for the oath ceremony?

Congrats @R Kumar . Did you file for waiver while your i751 was in process? If yes, did they ask any marriage related questions in N400 interview? Can you share your experience if you don’t mind?

@R Kumar I’m not sure but I was changing my name too during my application and after some few research I heard it was going to take sometime. So what I did was tell the office i’m no more changing my name due to the immigration issues around with the current administration. and after my interview I was scheduled for the oath in about 3weeks at Newark office. I wail say 2 weeks 3 days. Si now I will do my own change of name with the court.
