interview coming up in 5 days and we’re so nervous. we’ve been going over our important dates and milestones, but nervous that my husband will get anxiety or overwhelmed by questions (he’s 22 and overly shy)
our updated evidence:
-lease agreement
-photos together (none with his family as we’re interracial and the first time I met them it wasn’t a pleasant experience)
-wedding photos with our best friends (courthouse wedding)
-letter of affadavit from 2 of our besties who attended wedding
-joint bank account summary
-joint dental insurance cards
-page screenshot listing petitioner spouse as authorized user on beneficiary’s CC (plus physical cards)
-Beneficiary- 401k 100%
-Beneficiary-Life insurance 100%
-joint filed tax return 2023
- screenshot of his birthday dinner reservation (3 days after interview)

no need for yall to panic or stressed about it. its a fast and friendly experience depending on the officer who gonna interview yall. most questions goes to the beneficiary, they don’t ask petitioner a lot. officer will ask 99% of questions from your application while checking off the answers. it took us less than 10min and our case was approved on spot. Good luck!
