it’s been 2 months I send a response to a rfe the but website said on October 31 they received my case someone can explain me when they really start work on the case please if you know so experience thank you

guys the problem is they received the case on sept 3rd and it’s all away to October 31th they said they received it and when I call they said they start working on it on the day of October 31th which is crazy
