if you are not current then you just need to wait. 40 days is nothing compared to others who are already years waiting crp

I have seen that some have been approved.
Is your case in a field office? when was it transferred?
yo yo 🙂Nov 4, 2024
it is in field office, transferred 1 week back
kiran k Nov 4, 2024
mine moved to CRP while it was at a Field office! I have been current all along :(
m tNov 4, 2024
it matters what field office (some slower than the others), and whether it’s a local field office or non-local.
Humbert RNov 5, 2024
Hi! How do you guys know that your case is at a field office? Where can I check for my case? Thank you!
Pablo MateranNov 5, 2024
@Humbert R call USCIS
m tNov 5, 2024
live agent from “Emma” tool can tell you as well. USCIS doesn’t seem to automatically communicate these field office transfers (at least most of the time)
Fez HNov 5, 2024
@m t do you mean the AI Emma or the human agent? and is it wise to reach out to the agent again and again?
m tNov 6, 2024
@Fez H human agent, aka live agent, that you can reach through the Emma tool. I don’t know if there’s any negative effect in reaching out to the agent. I doubt it though given their job is to talk to you. you can at least ask where you case is.

@Raul Mayor did you get any changes in case status?
