hola tenía mucho de no usar la app, en mayo 8 me aprobaron mi i130 lastimosamente por una situación económica no pudimos hacer los pagos al ser aprobados , el primer pago se hizo el 14/8/24 y el otro 23/9/24 los fee del NVC alguien sabe dentro de cuánto tiempo tendré alguna actualización después de hacer esos pagos? muchas gracias ❤️🙏

Yesterday in the morning i received the email stating that an action has been taken, but when i checked my account nothing has happened, i spooked to an live agent and said my case was transferred to the Philadelphia FO, (Was at Cleveland FO since 03-19-2024) what can i expect? ( PD Nov 03-2023 ).

Hospital messed up my i-480 health report, can I sue?
I waited for 17 years in line and was about to get my green card, it was going to be the perfect time. Now I have to wait another 6 months for motion, because USCIS said I was missing a piece of document for health report. I had my congressman check and apparently it was the hospital. My dad at home is about to die but I can’t go back to see him. My daughter is applying to college this year, but now she can’t apply for financial aid (usually only domestic students get them). My work visa may also end before I get my green card, meaning we would all have to go back to reapply. I’m furious about this. Can I sue my hospital? What would be the outcome of that?
