My husband became US citizen last year in September (2023). I have a green card for 2.5 year now, when can I apply for citizenship? Do I still have to wait 5 years or I can do after 3 since he is a citizen now.

new card being produced

NO RFE for medical and just got this update on my 485. vawa approved since Feb 2023. Filed both 360 and 485 in Feb 2021. Don’t they require new medicals? I submitted medicals with the 485 in 2021 though. Is this an error? #I485 #greencard
