is been almost 500 days and I am still waiting on an interview for my mother. I am doing this with no lawyer they just keep telling me I have to wait that is doc satisfied

Addendum: Thank you!!! Just a clarification: I was supposed to get my I-485 approved on August 1st but because I left the US to visit my family with the Advance Parole document, they sent me a RFE instead. I had to prove that I was back to the US with the stamps on the passport etc... I did that as soon as I was back on August 20 and waited until yesterday!

Terminate IJ Asylum on Prima Facie
Hi VAWA application support group Vawa Family, applied for Vawa Full Package in July, I received my Prima Facie and I have Individual hearing in April 2026 in Concord, CA, I want to Close my Immigration court hearing on Behalf of Prima Facie. Attorney is asking around 4K just to file motion To Terminate Proceedings. I want to know Can i File motion on My Own even i have Attorney. Hello family, I have a couple more questions about my case. I’m the US Citizen I filled paperwork by mail to the Vermont lockbox. I live in Maine and Vermont handles those cases. my question is when I received my receipt notice back it came from the Texas center and it started with IOE which is my understanding when you file online. Did I miss something?
Using the Advance Parole first time experience and status updated. (Vawa)
I used my Advance Parole was at JFK airport, after being out of status for 7 years in the U.S. I have had a pending VAWA case since October 7, 2021. Upon arrival, I was sent to secondary inspection, I wait for a while, they call my name, but there were no questions asked, and it was very quick, I was out 20 day. Interestingly, a day before, the status of both my Green Card and VAWA was updated “correspondence was received and uscis is reviewing it”, but I didn’t send anything. Does anyone know what this could be?"
