Afyer submitting my documents on the NVC portal,do I have to send in hard copies by mail to them ??
I’m a bit confused cos it doesn’t say anything like that on the portal but on lawfully,it says I should send hard copies in one envelope. I’m confused…
please help me out if you have been through this stage… please

How long it will take for welcome letter from NVC? Do we have to create an account from NVC? or is that CEAC? we don’t have access anymore in USCIS website.
