Did you divorce while your i751 still pending or you divorce before putting it in???? my marriage is 5yrs + and I already put my i751 and my N400. I just want to know if they will still approve my case even after divorce. please kindly reply. thank you

@Tito Prehtor My divorce was before my i751 hence I filed marriage waiver i751. I think if you already filed and waiting approval before your divorce, you just let them know and there are more things they consider than just being married.

@Blessing Godson I think about 7-9 mos. What actually happened was I was giving the RFE to file 601 in Oct ‘18 and by July’19 when I called them for EAD renewal, they sent GC and 601 approval

Sometime ago, I got a NOID and it asked for 1601 waiver due to misrepresentation of material fact, which was approved, even though the NOID accusations were false because i proved it with enough evidences. I still fled the 1601 waiver and responded to the NOID as well. Now, it's time to apply for Naturalization. l have been pondering towards these questions on the N-400 for future: "Have you EVER lied to any U.S. government official to gain entry or admission into the United States or to gain immigration benefits in the United States". Have you EVER given any U.S. government official any information or documentation that was false, fraudulent, or misleading". " Made any misrepresentation to obtain any public benefit in the United States?" Should I answer "Yes or No" to the questions. I need a quick advise please.
