@Jeffry 91688. 519-7148 I got that same letter on my renewal i765 c31 that was submitted by my lawyer because they produced a c31 ead card when vawa was approved. So I believe it’s exactly what pple said, you might have two i485 forms submitted to uscis and one was approved. if one is approved and the other is been closed. But clarify from your lawyer too if you have one.

@lanim my I guess lawfully is probably showing it the incorrect way. “A card is been produced” is what I got on my I485 case today. July 25th was when Vawa I360 was approved. Aug 7th was when the c31 card was delivered to me.

@chris rod RFE for I360 was good moral character which they asked for in 2021 and 2024 cos I lived in two states within those years. RFE for i485 was medical

@Mike dz Yes it was Vermont then after vawa was approved, i485 was transferred to Lee summit MO.

@Deby Bee thanks a lot my I 360 was approved on August 7th and UCSIC received my medical November 14 and my case is at NVC that’s why I was asking you which office but thanks for replaying back

@Mike dz No worries! you should get a response soon I’m praying! in fact no interview God’s willing. I got response to my rfe on my birthday after submitting it month and some weeks before, me rushing to check thinking it was an approval 😂

@chris rod The basics: Both Birth certificates, Marriage certificate, Past joint rental lease(evidence of shared residence), current home lease, tax return, photos, my personal statements, witness statements from friends and families, Pychological evaluation report, passport photo, Country’s passport, ID, police clearance(good moral character), Medical. Also used a lawyer, which made no difference anyway.

@ Thanks, this is Greencard. C31 ead which I got from vawa was approved in July 2024. C09 Ead renewal was approved Aug 2023.
