My husband, a green card holder, plans to apply for U.S. citizenship in December 2024. How long does it typically take for him to get his citizenship after applying? Additionally, once he receives his citizenship, how much time can I expect for my spouse visa approval?
I’m eager to understand the timeline better.

I’ve applied for a spouse visa (I-130 A) at the Vermont Service Center (husband green card holder) and it's been a year since my application.
I’m considering applying for a Canadian student visa to pursue a master’s degree. Can I apply for the Canadian visa while my USCIS application is pending? Will this affect my USCIS process in any way?

Request for intial evidence.
hey family …I recieved an update on sept 21 that I was mailed a request for initial evidence . It has been 8days now and I have not recieved the Request for intial evidence sent to me for my i485 In the mail … I don’t know what it is and have not recieved it yet .. tension getting worse whew.. was told if I don’t recieve it by oct 6 to reach out to them bla bla ..how long does it take to recieve this in the mail .. as least so I can be settled in my heart😢.. will appreciate your responses.

Good morning ,guys .l hope that you are doing well .The Psychiatrist send me to the pharmacy medication for depression and anxiety and sleeping too ,the diagnosis is “Severe episode of recurrent major depressive disorder, without psychotic features “.l saw the note that she put and it just says that my situation get worse because l problem that k had with my wife and current separation from her ,it doesn’t says to much about it ,l have been in depression since my mom death when l was a child ,l have my pl first interview with the Therapist in Wednesday.Should l sent the note of the psychiatrist or do l have to wait untill the Therapist starts to sent both report ? l will start the process for Vawa in about two weeks ,my lawyer told me to wait one Minth after he sent the withdrawal for l-485 .
