Hello vawa family, please advice me I just got my 2nd prima facie I360 and it’s going to expire in 180 days. usually how long does it go take get approved after this I360 prima facie ???

Advance Parole replacement fee
My advance parole was produced but I never received it. After chasing USCIS and USPS it seems as though USPS lost it. I want to apply for a replacement document and USCIS notes that if you want a replacement because it was lost due to USCIS or USPS error then the paper filing fee is $0. So should I just send in my documents without any form of payment (without form G-1450 which is what I used yo make CC payment the first time i applied) or do I need to note somehwere in my application that there is no filing fee?

Hello everyone, we got our I-130 petition through consular processing approved just now. We got the notification through email that “they took action” and our case got the second active review. We found the approval under documents.
Our timeline:
1. Filed online July 26th, 2023, assigned to Potomac
SC
2. 1st Active review: case transferred from Potomac
SC to Vermont SC on September 20th 2023
3. 2nd Active review: case approved today
September 30th from Vermont SC

I received the letter I-131 was denied by fraud I-140
today I received letter that renewal of I-131 was denied because I entered country by using fraud I-140. I-140 was approved 2020 and I used my first I-131 last year for travel. I-485 is still pending since 2022 but most likely will I get denied for I-485? still waiting for lawyer response….

Case transferred from NBC to FO Norfolk VA. Anyone else here from 2024?
My I-130 and 485 are transferred from NBC to Norfolk FO. I live in GA and we have an FO at ATL. Could anyone tell me if I can request my case to be transferred to ATL? We won’t be able to travel to Norfolk if we get called for an interview. at this point, we’re waived from being interviewed. I have read the waiting time at Norfolk is horrendous! (My 130 has basically stayed at receipt notice stage since 6 months and 485 is actively reviewed.)
Wife & I wants to meet my parents whom I haven’t met in 8 years. Would the actual waiting period be 32 months as the site lists? We’re wanting to have children and would be crushing to not see my family. They were not able to attend our wedding.
Wrong USCIS Field Office
Someone I know mistakenly sent his I693 to the wrong Field office because the medical examiner enveloped the results and addressed to the wrong address, the individual did not pay attention to the instructions given in the letter to send to MO.
Now we are looking for solutions on how to move forward. Any Suggestions?
