How long does it take to get EAD renewed?

It took them so long to just aprove my work permit. Still waiting on my GREEN CARD AND RTD. I-485 transferred to Fresno Office .

after submitting the outside normal processing time request, it says that" Your receipt number does not match the form number and the form sub type selected, please enter the information again" The issue is that the forms I enter therein are correct. Have you ever had this problem before? it's nerve-racking.

Outside of processing time

Hello family, Two weeks ago i got my status changed to actively being reviewed for second time, but no changes yet. my congressman office reached out today to the uscis about my pending i 130 application, and they responded that ‘we are in queue, pending to be scheduled for Interview at a later date and time’. Anyone suggestions or similar situation?

Hi everyone! I came to the USA in 2020 on an H4 visa and successfully changed it to an F1 visa inland without going to India. After my approval of i539, I applied for divorced and got divorced done. Now, I'm in my fourth semester of my master's program and I'm thinking about visit to India to see my mom. I'm eligible for Dropbox, so is now a good time to go and get visa approved? Or should I hold off until I get my OPT? Please advise Note: my school is state university but not very high ranked & fee is 30k for 2 years

Refiled a 5 years long denied VAWA in Sept 2023. Got PF for first time followed by combo card in few months of refile. It’s been a year. Any guys here who refiled and have got approved? please share how long it took.

today I called uscis , they gave unexpected thing , on July 3 , 2024 charlotte field office sent me RFE , but this rfe not showing in my case status, also My attorney didn’t get any mail from them . Today is last day of RFE request. however, during these time waiting I kept calling uscis , make an inquiry and two times talked with tier two officer none of them said this thing which I herad today. what I did , called uscis and aksed for service request regarding issue. what my attorney did , online service inquiry. guys has anyone same issue which I have now , what you did , what happened to your case . please 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

hello so today I got the worse news ever after three years of waiting they have denied my green card . I am devastated. can anyone please advise what we can do next . I am still waiting for the denial notice to come but I'm at a loss I don't know what to do . can I still work what happens now??

Hi everyone, I got my EAD and SS card with a typo error, I already send it take to USCIS about a month ago like they told me in a email but no response yet. I don't know what to do or how long will it take for them to fix it. Anyone else had this problem?
