just wondering if anyone who’s case is at Vermont has been approved lately? almost at 500 days and still no approval, my wife is a US citizen

@Fuzz Muzz yeah my wife is honestly thinking about suing tbh, our case is as simple as it gets.

@Jacob Needham Yeah ours is straightforward as well. Been “actively under review” for 14 months now, which makes no sense. That being said Idk if a lawsuit would go very far. Why does it tell us we arent allowed to inquire until August 2025? Also, do you think using an immigration lawyer would help at all?
