my EB1A file received date is Dec 3rd. Nebraska service center. still no update :( it's been more than 15 business days:(

@PM, M we are not sure if 24th is a business day or not! mine was received on Dec 12 and waiting. Guess Nebraska process them all on the 15th day!

just read on LinkedIn that Nebraska misses the deadline on PP cases and is now offering refunds for it

attorney called USCIS and they told they will refund and that officer is assigned to the case. but just have to wait for them to process it

I did call USCIS they agreed on they missed deadline on PP. I didn’t ask for refund I was thinking I will wait for 2 more days and will ask for refund.

guys ! my attorney just informed me that the case got approved. it was email from the premium processing unit Nebraska. my case status hasn't changed Online

the approval email came on Jan 1st 7.30 AM CT.

If your PP date is 12/12 then Dec 31 was your 12th day (24th and 25th considered federal holidays) did you consider 24th as a business day?
