@elan m I see, because long time ago I saw a post about someone name get longer background check because of very common name they have to make sure they are diff person etc.

@elan m yes that can be true, it also happen to some cases that they just simply put a template excuse to reply us from inquiry.

@elan m I suggest aside from Senator inquiry , you can try inquiry from congressman, obdusman and white house, try all the option, and compare all other answer, maybe an officer A just simply give an excuse inquiry, but maybe congress inquiry / White House etc can actually get pickup by officer B ( different officer) and someone actually will work on your case hence opt for faster approval

@YJ I have always been current. I have never seen a not current status or crp status. its stuck on a fingerprint taken in June 2023

@hasee k my i140 got approved and I’m DQ march 2024. I live outside of the US. waiting to be current.

may I know how long it take you to clear security check? and what steps did you take to make it clear? @Mohammad Matalkah

@hasee k I remember I did my finger printing here and sent it to them through the board of nursing ( I’m RN). two weeks later got cleared that’s it.
