I just want to tell you guys. I already applied for I 751 and got extension letter for 48months and in a process.. my husband left me and moved out of state and our lease is up. I'm not eligible to take over the lease and he refused to resign so he basically left me on the street .. I asked him to resign that I can pay for rent because I have a full time job and don't have any friends or family here. . nothing..I contacted lawyers because his sister is my sponsor...so the answer from lawyers? it doesn't matter they are your sponsors.. because they can hire the lawyer and withdrawal themselves from the case. technically they are your sponsors but you can't do nothing. so I have a job in the city that I have no friends or family.. I've been told that I should not push them or I can be denied. I have nowhere to go and can do nothing.. like literally nothing..funny..be careful out there

@Rocco Forté I filled November 1st. yes. I'm moving next week. I'm looking for a second job because I wouldn't be able to afford it only with one income.II believe he will apply for a divorce soon.

@M D You have done the first right thing by moving. Make sure you update your address by filing an AR-11 after you move. Secondly, you need to look into filing for divorce and updating your case to a divorce waiver.
