Hello community, I received 4 emails today they have taken an action in my case but when I logged in to my account it was just they received my RFE, my process time is 16 months, and my step 3 is unchecked, Does anyone have any experience like this before? thanks in advance!

@Kat ;) It is just, most likely, that they received your RFE. They will send many emails for the same thing. You have some time to wait. My case was just transfered to a field office. 6 months after they got me RFE.

@Kat ;) 765 and 131 is adjudicated at the benefits center or processing center. All 130 and 485 for marriage is adjudicated at the field office. What is your field office? You can look it up with your zip code. You can also check processing times for field offices. Your online account and this app will not indicate when your file is transfered.

Hi @Kat ;) don’t worry about the processing time. My case is similar to yours. On November 3rd I got RFE. On November 30th I responded to it by uploading all the evidence and suddenly the processing time was up to 9 months and also step 3 was unchecked I was frustrated.
Finally Yesterday December 10th I got my I-485 approved it was a very emotional moment for me yesterday I was at work when I got 2 emails from USCIS saying we are taking action on your case. And then I logged in to my USCIS account and saw the approval notice and everything was clear
