what happens after
ive been waiting for an answer to my i130 for two years. afte that id have to file for the i604A. but my husband got laid off and has had a hard time finding a job and unemployment isnt covering all the bills. i know i would “abandon” my application but can i do anything about the ban ? so the wait isnt that long before i can file again

So my Travel Permit just got approved after waiting for two years!! I’m so excited because though i’m waiting on my green card to be approve as well I can still travel For Christmas is no issues!!!

Hello,
Emma told me that my case (Eb2 eith PD January 2023) was reviewed by an agent on September 11th. My case is at Hartford field office since 26th July.
Does someone has any idea what does this mean ? An agent reviewed the case on 11th September ? I mean do they occasionally just pick up the case and review it and leave it again ?

hey there does any one know how much time it takes to get the physical green card after arriving usa?
I have the stamp on passport . it has been 2 months already that I’ve arrived usa . the ssn has arrived but I haven’t got the green card physical mailed .Thanku in advance 💜❤️
