@M N @Sureberry R @Lilian A @juan vergel Thank you 🙏 for replying to my post. Just chatted with a live agent, they are not helpful. I was told it was still with Potomcac Service Center, it is with NBC. I think the person put the wrong info in the chat reply. They just said they could not see anything pending. I am so anxious today. Horrible anxiety for all of us. Hoping the best for everyone.
