kindly note that even with the i140 approval, u can't submit adjustment of status. if your Visa will expire before your date to submit AOS becomes current, ensure you maintain your non-immigration status.
it is worth the premium processing if an individual applies for EB1 (which is current) with that, u can immediately submit AOS.
The key thing in this process is to ENSURE u maintain your non-immigration status

you will need 4 to 5 years to file adjustment of status so technically not worth it

yeap there’s no practical benefit to do premium processing because of the backlog. it’s only beneficial if you want the peace of mind and not anxiously wait for a decision.

thank you for the feedback. I can infinitely extend my existing H1B visa in 3 year periods. it was worth it in my case.
