i didnt received my original I-360 paper approval for more than 40 days i keep submitting inquires to uscis and never responded
does any sijs applicants know if I do need to wait for the original approval to apply for my work permit? because my attorney doesn't want to apply without it and at uscis website it says i dont need to wait please help
#I need advice on my application#
I am an American citizen applying for my spouse. Please I need an advice regarding my case petition. On July 22, 2023 my application was received by USCIS, while on Aug 10, 2023 they are activity reviewing my form I-130. But yesterday I check my case online I discovered that my case petition date change from Aug 10, 2023 to Sep 25,2024. Please does it mean I have to wait for another 1 year for my application to be approved or they just started reviewing my application. I need an advice

After my I-130 was approved, USCIS instructed us to file the I-824. After 13 months, my I-824 has been approved. Yesterday, I received an email stating that the case has been transferred to the NVC, and they will send a mail within 30 days.
Now, I need expert suggestions on which documents or other things I should prepare properly. Your advice is appreciated.

Should I withdraw and reapply? 485 still pending. Today my EAD renew card produced. My i130 approved one year back. How long more for 485? God help!

Today my EAD renew card produced(Applied for renewal 3 weeks back).
My i130 approved one year back. My wife became citizen on may this year. I thought it will speed up process. I upload her naturalization certification on 485 online document portal.
It doesn’t seems making any difference.
should I withdraw and reapply as spouce of usa citizen? Why they keep waiting someone when i 130 approved.

I filled my VAWA may 2022. I received 4 prima . I have no received any rfe yet. but I didn’t send my suppose passport photo or birth certificate. I’m scare if uscis ask me. I don’t have anything . on my marriage certificate it says where she born and her birth place. please help me.

does anyone know if your AP & EAD get transferred to another office (Vermont) is it subject to the new office’s processing timeline or will it be processed in line with the original offices timeline. I filed VAWA/AOS concurrently at Nebraska which reflects on USCIs as having the shortest processing time and I received a notice saying transferred for faster processing but I’m unsure how that’s possible when Vermont processing seems to be 6 months minimum
