Mandamus
Hello
Has anyone filed a Mandamus? if yes, how long after filing did you get an answer?
I filed for i-130 and i-485 on October 2021 and still did not hear anything

@S@R H@L If you go on you tube there are many videos about it. I believe it is either 30 or 60 days. In your situation, I would 10000 percent do it. That is very wrong 😑 of them.

@S@R H@L You moved to Michigan, I am in Michigan. The only FO is in Detroit I believe. Did you take your medical there? EDIT: I just read your old posts. They are likely taking along time because of a transfer but you would be able to sue either way I think. 💭

@Kingsley B i moved to Michigan 6 months ago but they never moved my file. my file stayed in NJ
When I called and ask they said that if my case does not require an interview my file will remain in NJ 🤷🏻♀️

Do youtube search "writ of mandamus pro se" many people got helped from there. USCIS need to reply to mandamus within 60 days.
