@Noah Henry My VAWA was approved in 3 months, and no update so far, I call USCIS and they say the fingerprints were taken and my son's says his case was received! My 7 year old son is my dependent and nothing.

@castro LG you don't need lawyer for that. Google who is your congressman in your state/county and just go to that congressman's website and fill out the form. It's so easy

@castro LG i think i read somewhere that uscis doesn't have to respond to lawyer but they have to respond to congressman's request
