FINALLY MY VAWA HAS BEEN APPROVED!!! MY GOD IS TOO FAITHFUL TO FAIL🙏
Hello Everyone. My VAWA Journey has finally come to an end. All Thanks To God Almighty and this wonderful beautiful community which has become family to me. It’s a long story, but I will make it short. I discovered the lawfully app & Reddit in November last year. prior before then I never had any idea about what a Co9 & C31 is. all I did was just kept waiting and hoping that one day I will get my work authorization, unknown to me that I will have to wait for 3yrs or even more. I read all post, comments and also share in everyone’s Joy & Win’s, praying for mine to happen. This community opened my eyes to so many things, especially to those that have been waiting for over 5years. I became worried and scared. So I took up the courage to reach out to the White House, I wrote the president and copied the vice president ( President Biden & Kamala Harris), explaining my current situation. that I had no job, no means of income with my 2years old baby. that I am requesting that my case should be looked into and expited. I got a response a week after from the president, that a White House staff has been assigned to reached out to the jurisdiction in charge of my case. So in first week of January 2025, I got a mail from USCIS saying they received my request form the White House regarding my case. The following week I got a call from Washington DC (USCIS) asking me what my request was, and I responded that I needed my VAWA case to be expited because I need to work. The USCIS officer then then responded that I give them 10 working day to get back to me inrespect to my expedite request. The same week I got a notification on lawfully that my request has been denied, 3 days after I got an RFE, which I responded to in first 1st week of April. 8th of May my VAWA was approved. My prayer for everyone here waiting, is that the God that answered my prayers will do same the same for everyone waiting SPEEDILY AMEN! for What Our God Cannot Do Does Not Exist.
