FINALLY MY VAWA HAS BEEN APPROVED!!! MY GOD IS TOO FAITHFUL TO FAIL🙏
Hello Everyone. My VAWA Journey has finally come to an end. All Thanks To God Almighty and this wonderful beautiful community which has become family to me. It’s a long story, but I will make it short. I discovered the lawfully app & Reddit in November last year. prior before then I never had any idea about what a Co9 & C31 is. all I did was just kept waiting and hoping that one day I will get my work authorization, unknown to me that I will have to wait for 3yrs or even more. I read all post, comments and also share in everyone’s Joy & Win’s, praying for mine to happen. This community opened my eyes to so many things, especially to those that have been waiting for over 5years. I became worried and scared. So I took up the courage to reach out to the White House, I wrote the president and copied the vice president ( President Biden & Kamala Harris), explaining my current situation. that I had no job, no means of income with my 2years old baby. that I am requesting that my case should be looked into and expited. I got a response a week after from the president, that a White House staff has been assigned to reached out to the jurisdiction in charge of my case. So in first week of January 2025, I got a mail from USCIS saying they received my request form the White House regarding my case. The following week I got a call from Washington DC (USCIS) asking me what my request was, and I responded that I needed my VAWA case to be expited because I need to work. The USCIS officer then then responded that I give them 10 working day to get back to me inrespect to my expedite request. The same week I got a notification on lawfully that my request has been denied, 3 days after I got an RFE, which I responded to in first 1st week of April. 8th of May my VAWA was approved.
My prayer for everyone here waiting, is that the God that answered my prayers will do same the same for everyone waiting SPEEDILY AMEN! for What Our God Cannot Do Does Not Exist.

Can someone tell me if this is a good sign for approval?
Hello everyone. My PD: January 27, 2024 Nebraska service center. I contacted a live agent through Emma and was told my case was forwarded to the Brooklyn field office on April 23, 2025 and I want to know is that a good sign that I may be receiving an approval soon. Do y’all know if that means I may be receiving the approval soon because I didn’t receive any action taken notification I was told by a live agent it was transferred.

F2A with Approved i130
Hi! My PD is June 2022 and my I-130 got approved Dec 2023. I’ve been checking visa bulletin ever since but with no movement the past few months I wonder what PD is USCIS processing now for I-485. I know final action date is Jan 2022 per visa bulletin but does that mean no case has been approved recently? or are there applicant with PD before Jan 2022 that are still waiting for i485??
would love to get a sense of the latest trends here…
I couldn’t find any tracker for #F2A category with approved I-130 waiting for I-485 approval. Is there any forum or tracker for this? #F2A #I-130Approved #I-485Pending
AOS approved after Writ of Mandamus
I got my i485 petition approved yesterday at the Dallas field office after I filed a writ of mandamus pro se.
It was an easy interview. they only asked questions to confirm what I have written in my I485 form.
I am glad this journey has finally come to an end.

How to make FO aware of changes on i-140
My i-140 approval notice had a typo in it where they put the RD as the PD which was discovered earlier this year even though it was approved back in Nov 2023. A service request was sent to fix it and it was fixed in 10 business days (early March). My i-485 case is SRC, then move to NBC and then to San Antonio FO where I did an interview with my wife as a dependent on July 2024. The interview went well and the case officer indicated that she will give an update in a few days.
My case status updated to CRP due to the PD not being current immediately the next day after the interview. It has been current since the start of the 2025 fiscal year. My lawyers have sent another service request for outside of normal processing times to see if it can reach the radar of the FO and they think this is the only way to bring the typo to their attention in case the typo was the reason for the delay of adjudication.
Is there any other action I can undertake to bring it to the attention of the FO?
