got a weird status update

After Trump suspended the issuance of decisions, our case status was changed from Decision Pending to Application Pending. Today, we received a status update indicating Interview, but upon reviewing the case online, the status reverted back to Decision Pending.

Do you have a similar case you can provide some insight?

Based on being an H-4 spouse of an H-1B nonimmigrant (Standalone, not filed with I-539 H4)

Anyone got an interview so early with no visa availability in the next year?

Applied to AOS in F2a category in Oct 2025. Got interview already. Worried about the timeline. Anyone else had a similar experience? Makes no sense for me to get an interview as green card backlog (F2a) is still 16 months away from being current.

Hello everyone! Maybe someone can share advice or their experience. On June 12th, 2025, I received my CR1 visa. I paid the fees for my Green Card on October 14th, and the next day, October 15th, I entered the US. Since then, I haven’t received my Green Card yet. When checking on USCIS, it says they received my payment and to wait up to 90 days. It’s already been more than 60 days with no updates. Is it normal to wait this long for the card? I know many people who received their Green Card within 2 weeks of entering the US.

Any business idea? I am running out of money.

Hello everyone, May not be the right place to post this….but I thought I would give it a try. I saved money over the last 5 years from my job to plan and open my own business one day. I have been saving every penny from work. However, it’s been over 6 months now that I stopped working since my EAD has been in process for the last 6 months & all my savings is now getting depleted slowly. The lawyer told me not to work because it would affect my i485 petition, and of course I don’t want to work illegally either. My question to all of you - Is there anyone here with any business idea? Or do you have any business of your own that you would need a partner for? I am from India, open to any business. My EAD should be here in 2-3 months, but my previous company has no vacancy anymore & instead of trying to look for a job I am looking to open a business or partner someone with. Let me know if you have something, I am a hard working guy, highly educated & a fast learner.

With the new rule that will begin in February regarding public charge “Medicaid”do you think it will only apply to adjustment of status and not affect people who will remove their GC conditions based on marriage to a U.S. citizen?

Hello everyone, I would really appreciate your thoughts and experiences. I filed my marriage-based adjustment of status case in April 2024. My interview was conducted in April 2025, and about nine months after the interview, USCIS officers conducted a home (site) visit yesterday. During the visit, the officers were very professional and respectful. They looked around our home, reviewed our family pictures, took some photos, and checked our personal belongings such as clothing and household items. Everything went smoothly, and they seemed satisfied before leaving. After the visit, they also called and verified information with our current landlord, and later contacted our previous landlord as well. All verifications were completed successfully. My questions are: 1. Is this generally considered a positive sign? 2. Based on similar experiences, how long does it usually take to receive a decision after a home visit? Spouse Visa I-130 Still Pending - Guidance Needed

I applied for my spouse visa (I-130) on February 2, 2024 when my husband was a green card holder. He became a U.S. citizen on October 25, 2025, and we updated his citizenship status on my case However, my I-130 is still pending, and I haven't received any clear update yet. It's been a long wait, and I'm honestly feeling very worried and stressed. If anyone has been through a similar situation or knows: how long it usually takes after citizenship upgrade or what steps I should take next please guide me. Any advice would really mean a lot.
