@Tania Fierro I got my 4 PF am worried does that mean my case will not be approved till the pf expires in 2027 Jan or a decision can be made before then pls tell me from your experience

@filler 2022 we have to wait for Tania for update after her interview my Prima was expired since January and they didn’t extend it until now nothing only update for fingerprints for the second time did you got any rfe or update for the fingerprints for the second time ?

I’m in the same boat. I received the interview notification yesterday, and I’m still waiting for the letter to find out when my interview is scheduled.

I just received the letter my interview is for Oct 15th.

What city do you have to go to for your interview?

@idali torres Could you please share your experience during the interview? We would really appreciate hearing how it went and what kinds of questions they asked you. Thank you!

My appointment was almost 3 hours long… I was asked a lot of questions and most of them were asked more than one but worded differently. Here’s a list of the questions I can remember. -all my info (name,birthdate, where I was born) -how many marriages? -how I met my partner? -when we got married. -where and when we lived together -they asked me to explained to them what happened to me that made me think I qualify for VAWA. -if I worked without a social. -where and how long I worked -my entry to the US -my kids birthdates and names. -who was at my wedding -all the info from the other party -asked me questions from the form I-485 -all my jobs and dates. -they asked I was ever denied a visa I said no, but turns out I was when I was 6. (I didn’t know) She said there was no problem. Mostly you gotta be careful with your dates, a lot of the time I kept saying “I don’t remember but I THINK” and gave a guess. At the end of the interview she said thank you for coming I’ll be submitting and planning to approve your case, and it will take 4-6 weeks to get a decision and 6-9 weeks to receive your Greencard.
