finally landed with pending VAWA and Valid Advance parole
finallllly arrived at Chicago airport everything was smooth was afraid before 3 months was denied boarding but due to help from many people from lawfully finally made it with proper guidance thanks lawfully family.. jus one advice please don’t travel out of states if you have valid vawa cases…thanks
PD Current start next month.
My PD (3/4/22) will become current starting in August. My I-140 is approved and I have already responded to the medical RFE. Does anybody have a similar situation or know how long cases like this usually take? thanks

My AOS case was updated a few days ago to “Fingerprints Were Taken
My AOS case was updated a few days ago to “Fingerprints Were Taken,” even though I completed biometrics about two years ago. Has anyone else received this update after such a long time? Does it usually mean USCIS is actively reviewing the case, or could it just be a routine system update?
204l humanitarian reinstatement
I’m in the USA n everything was DQ at NVC N MY 601a approved my NVC case got sent back to Uscis we submitted the 204 in June before NVC sent my case back n today Uscis transfer my 130 to another office case is in initial review im assuming the 204 n 130 are in the same place now . anyone had this experience n how long they will take seems it happen really fast my PD WAS 2013 F1 mom filed for me

How long after Biometrics update did you get your green card?

To those that have received their green card, how long after biometrics update did you receive it? My case has been pending for almost 2years without update, I just got an update few days ago that my biometrics has been applied. How long more should I be anticipating?
I-765 under VAWA
I’m looking for some advice from anyone with a similar timeline.
I filed my VAWA case together with my I-485 and I-765 (category C09). I completed biometrics over 7 months ago, and I’m still waiting for my EAD with no updates at all.
I’m currently an international student (not from one of the travel-restricted countries) and I’m worried because I need my work authorization to continue working after I graduate.
Has anyone with a VAWA-based C09 EAD been waiting this long? When did you receive your approval?
Also, has anyone successfully expedited their I-765? If so, what reason did you use, and what evidence did USCIS ask for? I’m wondering if severe financial loss or a job offer has worked for anyone.
